After a successful first outing back in May 2022, Burbage Festival (and friends) are back to "yarn bomb" Pughe's Paddock. This year's theme, "The Four Seasons"
Come and admire other crafters' work, and you can join in, too.
Things you could make in advance - leaves, pumpkins, etc.
On hand will be 1st Burbage Guides, who are running workshops and will be happy to offer help and guidance.
Entry and participation is free, no ticket required, just turn up! But if you'd like to make a donation to the Guides on the day, any monies go straight into organising activities that benefit the girls directly.

What can you make to add to the Paddock? We’d love to see lots of colourful Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn displays. The brighter the better!
Suitable for all ages (including children with adult supervision).
Refreshments will be available - Details to follow.

At 11:00AM Sarah's Shelby Stars are a performing arts group for young adults/children, with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
They have been established for over 20 years and are a fun and enthusiastic arts/dance group.
Today from 11AM, they will be performing a short dance routine of many of their favourite pop songs over the decades, and proving that arts can be accessible to all.

At 12:00 Take It From the Top describe themselves as "a little Big Band" and love to deliver a fun, energetic and eclectic performance. They will be providing live music, singing a number of well known songs, also in Pughe's Paddock.
All the above events taking place in Pughe's Paddock today are Freeee!
There will be no other services or other facilities in Pughe's Paddock, but you are welcome to bring a picnic, and the loos will be open just down the lane at Connect Methodist church.

Famers' Market (Connect car park):

We have a wide variety of musical performances lined up for this year's festival, and are pleased to be kicking off our 2025 program with a local singer/songwriter Benji Williams, at the Farmers' Market just in front of Connect, between 10am and 12 pm.
Benji is renowned for his powerful and soulful vocals, beautiful guitar tones and wide repertoire to suit every need. He distinguishes himself from other musicians through the use of loop pedals and sound effects.
Also at the Farmers' Market, come and say "hello" to some of the Burbage Festival team, too (lurking under a bright yellow gazebo somewhere...).
Refreshments and loos in Connect, too!
