Lampshades with Helen

"Hi I’m Helen.  My happy place is spending time doing anything creative. After leaving the armed forces 12 years ago I decided to take up the opportunity of sharing things I love to do, this included making & teaching fabulous lampshade workshops around the midlands.

"Since around the age of 10 I have always loved making things, this includes a purple pair of flares with a matching top, I actually wore it out!  I love to share my passion with other like minded people and see what many wonderful things can be created."

The project:

Make your own lampshade. Don’t worry there is no sewing involved!

There are two options:

• Bring your own lightweight cotton fabric (1M x 40cm) £20 OR

There will be one session of about two and a half hours, starting at 1PM

As always, refreshments, including home made cake, will be on offer.

This event is suitable for adults and accompanied children aged 15-18
