The John Cleveland College Alumni Band lead by Garry Sleath

A great night of  BIG BAND SOUNDS

All profits raised through the ticket sales for this event will be donated to St Catherine’s church for their Spire Fundraiser, helping to raise vital funds to secure the church for future generations.

The John Cleveland College Alumni Band, led by Garry Sleath, is made up of past JCC students and friends of the band.

Most of the members joined while at school, and have continued to be part of the band to this day, maintaining their connection due to their love of music and being able to perform together.

Linking in with the 80th anniversary of VE Day, the band will play a host of classic songs made famous by the Glenn Miller Band. There will also be a variety of other jazz band classics, as well as hits from the likes of Santana and Stevie Wonder. 

The band have recently performed at Hollycroft Park, Enderby Church, and at committee members Emma and Tom’s wedding!

Burbage Festival are therefore very excited to present an evening of musical entertainment with the JCC Alumni Band at St. Catherine’s Church.

There will be a bar and Ice Cream will also be for sale.

It promises to be a wonderful night of music!
